 Services Offered
With Therapeutic Breathwork as the foundation for the work I do with my clients, I may include any or all of the following:
- Coaching - Often Where the Therapeutic Breathwork Relationship Begins
- Sacred Sound and Movement - Toning, Ecstatic Body Movement, "Breathdance"
- Essential Oil Therapy - Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils
Sessions can be created in one or more forms:
- One-to-One Coaching - Offered to clients anywhere in the Continental US over the telephone, or locally as part of a Private Session.
- Private Session - Offering personal and focused breathwork facilitation and attention.
- Group Session - Group Sessions are scheduled depending on interest and involve light facilitation and a group process that some find helpful in group support. Can also be a cost-effective way to experience breathwork for those who cannot afford private sessions.
- Weekend Workshop - These are offered periodically to give a group the opportunity to dive more deeply and intensely into the Therapeutic Breathwork process over the period of a weekend.
- "Personal Intensives" - Designed with the out-of-town visitor in mind, but is available to anyone. Similar to a weekend workshop, but you are the only participant. As the name states, is wonderful for a deeper, more intense and personal experience. Typically looks like two sessions per day over a two-three day period, depending on the needs and intentions of the client.
- Empowerment Training - Currently offering a three-month intensive program in Spring 2010 that is designed for deep personal transformation and spiritual growth.
Out of town visitors! You can use any of the sessions/programs as an opportunity to create an overall "package" for yourself to experience all that beautiful Steamboat Springs has to offer! Include it as part of a Summer or Fall nature retreat, and be sure to include our wonderful Strawberry Park Hot Springs as part of your overall healing and rejuvenation experience! Offered from June - October.
